The COMPASS Institute in partnership with CrichtonMullings and PAHO conducted a “Deep Dive” budget analysis on two health sub-programmes: 1) the Cancer Sub-programme within the Non-Communicable Diseases Programme; and 2) the Mosquito Control Sub-Programme within the Vector Control Programme. This deep dive enabled to obtain information and quantitative and qualitative data on budget execution and results of those sub-programs. The mandate also included a training component of 40 key sector staff on budget analysis techniques.
