The COMPASS Institute conducted a project at the Ministry of Finance of Guyana with funding from the Inter-American Development Bank to strengthen the management of public investment projects, including 1) A proposal for suggestions for improving the Public Investment Management (PIM) framework; 2) A needs analysis and diagnosis of existing information systems; 3) The design of a web application called “Projects for Results – P4R Guyana”; 4) Deployment of the application on the server of the Minister of Finance and testing of functionalities with applications to the infrastructure and agriculture sectors; and 5) Writing a user manual
