The COMPASS Institute, with funding and technical support from the Ministry of Finance of Guyana, organized a virtual training workshop on the creation of performance and performance indicators. About forty executives and professionals from central and sectoral ministries and regional authorities have acquired skills to build a performance measurement framework, formulate and validate indicators, define a baseline and set targets and consolidate monitoring information.
