Frederic Martin conducted a Review of the quality of performance indicators, data, and M&E systems relevant for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project and the Land Reform for Agricultural Producitivy (LRAP) project of the Threshold Program of MCC/OMCA-Togo.
This project enabled the Management of OMCA-Togo to validate most of data and indicators, obtain suggestions of improvement for some data and indicators, and capacity-building activities.
