The COMPASS Institute provided support to the Office of the Council of Ministers of Cambodia with the financing of UNICEF for the development of the Strategic Results Framework and the Performance Measurement Framework of the Government’s national strategy called Pentagonal Strategy Phase 1, including two trainings and technical support to the national team for the elaboration of the two frameworks.
