As part of the European Union’s Hakama project executed by Expertise France, the COMPASS Institute first organized a study tour of the Budget Directorate of Morocco on the management of public investment in Canada and in particular the monitoring of investment projects. The delegation was able to meet with major players in the public investment ecosystem in Canada and Quebec, drawing on good practices and lessons learned relevant to Morocco. Then, he participated in a training session on the monitoring of the budget execution of investment projects offered to about fifteen sectoral ministries.
