The COMPASSS team delivered training and mentoring to the Ministry of Finance and social sector ministries (Pre-school Education, Public Education, Health, Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, Support of Mahalla and Family) with financing from UNICEF to implement performance-based budgeting within a Public Finance for Children (PF4C) approach.
