The COMPASS Institute organized with the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Economic Planning and the PARMOCAF project of the African Development Bank three trainings of 180 hours each, respectively in Program Budget, Public-Private Partnerships and Foreign Direct Investment with respectively 42 and 15 and 12 participants. Participants in the first two courses who have met the requirements obtain a joint Higher University Certification from the COMPASS Institute and LAVAL University (Canada).
