COMPASS carried out a mapping of M&amp;E systems relevant for NSDP M&amp;E, drafted the national technical M&amp;E guidelines, and proposed an assessment tool to evaluate the degree of implementation of those guidelines by each Line Ministry. The work was conducted in consultation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and several line ministries.
