Frederic Martin is participating as mission leader in a project to support the elaboration of the Public Financial Management (PFM) reform consolidated strategy of Morocco. This project is led by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and involves all national structures involved in PFM as well as several technical and financial partners including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the European Union, and the French Development Agency.
