We are proud to share that Frederic Martin, President of the COMPASS Institute, served as Technical Support Team Leader for technical and financial partners supporting the Government of Morocco in the development of a Strategic Framework for Public Financial Management Reform 2026–2032, now known as the MIZANIA Strategy.
This initiative was carried out in collaboration with international technical and financial partners, including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the European Union, and the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). It reflects a joint effort to strengthen governance, efficiency, and public sector performance in Morocco.
