The COMPASS Institute and University LAVAL, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Panama and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), successfully completed Module 1: State of the Art of Results-Based Management (RBM) of the Graduate level University Certificate program in Results-Based Management.
During three weeks of virtual training, 60 participants deepened their understanding of the five pillars of Results-Based Management: Strategic planning, Results-based Budgeting, Public Financial Management, Program and project management, and Monitoring & Evaluation. The program combined lectures, specialized readings, and applied activities aimed at strengthening capacities for more effective, evidence-based public management.
