The COMPASS Institute offers three types of training programs:
- 180-hour Advanced Certification in afield of Results-Based Management;
- 60-hour Diploma on a particular subfield;
- Short Diploma of 3 to 30 hours on a particular theme.

The 180-hour Advanced Certification programs are divided into three 60-hour Diplomas. These 60-hour Diploma provide participants with the most up-to-date approaches and tools in the field, examples of good practices learned in the fifty countries where the COMPASS team has worked around the world, exercises and case studies applied to the sectors and regions of the participants. The participant who has obtained the Diplomas receives an Advanced Certification Diploma.

The COMPASS Institute also develops integrated institutional capacity building programs within the framework of global agreements with a government, a ministry or an institution with a view to a sustainable transfer of skills. These programs may involve the revision of existing training programs, the co-development of new training programs, the training of trainers, the improvement of the distance learning platform, the joint delivery of a massive training program for public sector employees, the preparation of joint publications, the establishment of a knowledge management system, etc. These programs are always designed following a participatory diagnostic process aimed at adapting existing training to the context and needs of the client.
