February 2026: Training Program on Results-Based Budgeting and Program Budgeting (RBB + Program Budgeting) in Panama
We would like to thank the more than 100 participants in Panama’s Results-Based Budgeting (RBB) Training Program, delivered with the support of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) of Panama and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
We enjoyed a week of fruitful discussions on how to strengthen budget programs and put newly acquired knowledge into practice. The exchanges provided valuable opportunities to explore practical approaches for advancing results-based budgeting and improving public sector performance.

April 2026: COMPASS Strengthens Local Capacity for Better Public Management in Panama
This time, we reached the Province of Veraguas, where more than 50 participants joined Module 2 of the Results-Based Budgeting (RBB) Training Program, delivered through synchronous virtual sessions.
From April 13 to 17, participants took part in an intensive and enriching virtual learning experience focused on:
✔️ Deepening knowledge of key tools for results-based budgeting.
✔️ Strengthening the linkages between planning, budgeting, and management.
✔️ Promoting more informed and results-oriented decision-making.
This effort is made possible through the valuable support of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) of Panama and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
