OUR MISSION

TO SUPPORT THE PUBLIC SECTOR, NGOs, AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

COMPASS supports public entities, NGOs, and international organizations in their management and reform processes according to a Results-Based Management (RBM) approach, with a view towards sustainable development, digital transformation, and the use of artificial intelligence.

COMPASS WORKS WITH A NETWORK OF EXPERTS AND PARTNERS IN DIFFERENT REGIONS OF THE WORLD FROM ITS HEADQUARTERS IN CANADA.

CAPACITY BUILDING

    • 180-hour Advanced Certification in a field of Results-Based Management
    • 60-hour Diploma on a particular subfield
    • Short Diploma of 3 to 30 hours on a particular theme
    • Capacity-building of training institutions
    • Design and support to the implementation of an e-learning platform
